Classes

At Nativity Preschool & Kindergarten our main focus is providing your child with nurturing and developmentally appropriate classroom experiences. We believe in the importance of building a strong foundation for success by helping our students to grow intellectually, socially, emotionally, physically, and spiritually.
15 months - 2.5 yo months Old Classes

Our goal is to build a social and emotional connection to the children to help with their development. This is accomplished by letting the children play! As teachers, we create an environment where students feel loved, safe, and can explore and learn every day. Our classroom motto is:  BE KIND… BE SAFE… AND BE HAPPY!

2.5-Year Old Preschool Classes

In these classrooms, we believe that children learn best when they are engaged, active, and interested in what they are learning. At two, they are striving for their first steps of independence, yet still, want the comfort and security of familiarity. This year we will explore a variety of sensory, cognitive, language, social, and cultural activities. We are intentional and fully prepared with curriculum to guide the children daily. We believe that each child is a unique gift from God and we are blessed to be a part of their lives!

3-Year Old Preschool Classes

We are here to support your child and your family in any way needed.  3’s is an incredible period of growth and learning.  We will guide and encourage these developing skills and focus on building their success by helping them to grow spiritually, socially, physically and emotionally in a loving and safe environment.

4-Year Old Preschool Classes

Children grow so much at this age and are sponges ready to soak up the knowledge you offer them. Because of this, we endeavor to provide a variety of activities and experiences to meet the needs of each individual child. Not all children learn in the same way and we strive to balance the curriculum to reach all the multiple intelligences. We endeavor to create a learning environment that is structured and unstructured; informative and creative; active and quiet; and in which children are given the opportunity to both observe and participate. We seek to help every child to develop skills that will foster  independence, social skills, cognitive, physical, emotional and spiritual development. Our goal is to prepare each child in our classroom to be ready to continue onto Kindergarten.

Transitional Kindergarten & Kindergarten Class

Welcome to Kindergarten! This is such an amazing time for children—it is a transition to becoming a “big” kid! In our classroom, we use each child’s natural curiosity and excitement to lay the groundwork for a love of learning and instill community. This is such an important year to really foster the love of learning for these children as we prepare them to venture off into whatever that next step may be for them.
